Short Story - The DoctorThe doctor
The man went to the window and looked out. His mid-long black hair looked soft and curly. It was a bit messy, but that made the man appear younger than he actually was. His clothing style was rather simple, but unique and fashionable. He had the looks of a paediatrician. He was always smiling and had a good sense of humour. In the garden he saw a unicorn eating a lily. He watched the creature eating the flower with great interest while it was standing under a huge pine tree. There was a cat sitting on the garden fence, looking at a sparrow on the lawn. The unicorn seemed to ignore the animals and all the bright colours of the daffodils and tulips in the garden. It only focused on the lily it was eating. The man assumed this mythical creature really liked these flowers. Maybe it’s their favourite food. In any case, the unicorn looked rather unwanted, but was still stunningly beautiful.
